Soul purpose work opens your crown chakra activating your wisdom and ability to be one with the world. Chakra is a sanskrit term meaning the wheel of life. There are eight chakras: root, Sacrel, navel, heart, throat, third eye, crown and spirit. If one or more of your chakra's is under-active or over-active your chakra's are out of balance. When this occurs you may be acting subconsciously in a way that does not serve you. When the heart chakra is open one is compassionate, friendly and works in achieving harmonious relationships. The spiritual realm is limitless just as your potential as soul is limitless.
My work includes: energy healing, chakra alignment, breath work, the use of crystals, guided meditation, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, light therapy and music therapy. Healing is soul work and it's goal is to help one release past traumas transforming old integrated identities into healthy spiritual lives, healthy mentalities, physically healthy bodies and emotionally balanced ways of being. People are sometimes unaware of their power. This leads to getting stuck in a victim mentality. A life coach asks you the right questions to guide you towards new levels of your life.
